  Dr. Azam and her staff have provided pediatric care to our two sons for the past 7+ years. We have always found Dr. Azam to be compassionate, kind and extremely knowledgeable while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. The wait time at this office is minimal and the care is exceptional. I am very thankful we have a pediatrician of this caliber in Bay County, FL.

  Worst office staff you could ever meet!! Rude and incompetent!! We used this office for almost 6 years. We stayed with them with all the changes in physicians and also insurance changes, We were happy for the most part. Until a week before my daughters 6 year check up when they called and said they stopped taking UMR insurance. The insurance for one of the biggest employers in town. When we asked for a copy of the medical records they said "sure for $1 a page". When asked why we were not notified before about the insurance change, we were told "we do not have to tell you". The staff were rude, unprofessional and they have been incompetent on more than one occasion. Don't waste your time with this doctors office.
