- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Hasty's staff was very pleasant, but he was rude and demeaning. He dismissed my concerns by belittling me with a barrage of questions in what felt like a police interrogation: "How many times a day does your vision get blurry? 5? 10? How long? 2 minutes? 2 hours? You're not telling me anything. How long did you use the warm soak? 5 minutes? 10? 15?" When I expressed concern about a lump on my eyelid, he told me that I obviously didn't do what I was supposed to do after an infection. Really? Is this anyway to talk to a patient?
