- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪TOO long of a wait time when you have an appointment. Usual wait time for me (with an appointment) has been 45 minutes or longer. Plus, Carol, the billing person, is rude, talks loud, abrasive, interrupts the conversation and is NOT pleasant to deal with. Love Dr. Reddy, but the wait time is very hard to deal with.
