  I personally had a great experience at Dr.Patel's office. I was having chest pain off and on, I called the office and was worked in the next day, Dr. Patel was very patient, and explained every thing I was to expect. I had two test in the office, and received the results within a couple of days. One of the test came back abnormal ( Nuclear stress test). I was told I needed to have a heart cath, which of course scared me. Dr. Patel talked to me personally, and was able to set my mind at ease. All visits there after were very prompt, and professional. I normally do not post reviews, however after reading what I consider to be a very bad review for one of the kindest doctors I have encountered , I felt the need to let people know. I have personally never heard anything other than good things about Dr. Samir Patel, in fact after my heart cath, I did not have any bruising, and was able to go about my days, as if I had not had a procedure done. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone having any heart problems. I do understand however, when I go to a physician's office there may be a wait time, especially when the doctor is a specialist, and may be saving someone else's life. It is very hard for me to believe that someone had that bad of experience at this office, and if they did, I did notice the staff offered a survey, so I would hope instead of complaining on a google site, why wouldn't you just fill the survey out, or called the office manager, or CEO of the practice.
